Golden Ridge Surgery Center, originally Panorama Surgery Center, began operations in June of 2000. The Center has provided care to over 30,000 patients. Golden Ridge Surgery Center was the concept of Lakewood Orthopedics, now Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, and is part of the Panorama Medical Campus.
