Medical Education

Each year Panorama Orthopedics puts together four medical education symposiums for the medical community. The first is the "Colorado Trauma Symposium". This is designed for orthopedic physicians, Emergency Room physicians, residents, physician assistants and registered nurses, as well as any other medical personnel that would like further education in orthopedic trauma.

Next is "Spring Orthopedic Day." This is designed for nurses, physical therapists and other allied health professionals and lasts an entire day. Third is "Colorado Sports Medicine Symposium," a full day symposium designed for sports medicine health care professionals.

Finally, we have the "Colorado Spine Symposium," a full day which encompasses orthopedic spine for the medical community. Periodically during the year we also have "Nurse Case Managers Luncheons" and "Breakfast with the Docs." The Nurse Case Manager Luncheons educate Case Managers on the various orthopedic treatments common to Worker's Compensation cases. Breakfast with the Docs is education for primary care physicians on treatments and updates in orthopedic medicine.
