Dr. Agarwala and Staff,

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the heart warming attenton and care that you have given me over the past 3 months.

It's exactly 3 months tomorrow since my August 9th motorcycle accident, that almost left me NOT walking.

So many that heard that you were doing my surgery told me and my family that you are the best. That left us with hope. I really don't know what I would have done if I had become paralyzed. 

I really never even thought about it until after the surgery. I thank God for the knowledge and expertise that you have, that put my shattered spine back together.

I appreciate all the years of study that you have put in and the time sacrificed with family and friends to get where you are today. I also am so happy that you rushed to the hospital that day to do my surgery.

I am glad that I was your "miracle patient" and that I walked out of the hospital on day 30. I pray that you continue to help many. I will always remember you. I thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart.
