What Do YOU Think of Panorama?

Just having the most skilled and experienced surgeons doesn't necessarily make Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center the best orthopedic practice in Colorado.  It's the combination of our skill, experience and our customer service that makes our practice number one.

We survey our customers quarterly to find out where we need to improve. We look at many different aspects of the customer experience and try to improve, using your feedback. The categories we analyze are:

Registration Staff
Clinic Wait Time
Medical Staff
Courtesy of Physicians and/or PA-Cs
Explanation of condition(s)
Time Spent with Physician and/or PA-Cs

We ask our customers to rate these aspects as: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair or Poor.

Our report shows the percentage of customers who rated Panorama as Excellent, Very Good or Good. 

We also ask the most important question: "Would you recommend Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center to your family and friends?"
