It is hard to find appropriate words to express the level of appreciation that I have for Dr. Thomas Puschak for the work he has done to correct my back problems.  On March 11, 2008 I had surgery to correct problems in my lower back (L4-L5-S1).  Before the surgery, he took his time to explain to me what the options for treatment were and exactly what would be done during the surgery.  He was predicting that, with my problem, he would be able to give me a high level of pain relief and that I would be able once again to do many of the activities that I had given up over the past few years.
Everything about the surgery went just as it had been described to me.
Follow-up in his office was efficient and my questions were always answered in a clear and straightforward way.  His support staff was always there when I needed them and gave excellent service.  Before the surgery I could barely walk a half block and that only with extreme pain. Now, eight months after the surgery I am practically pain-free while playing golf, working out and running.   

Thank you Dr. Puschak for giving me back the quality of life
this 65-year-old man was only dreaming of a few months ago.
