Christopher M. Brian, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in orthopedic hand surgery in Denver. Dr. Brian received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson Medical College. He then completed his internship at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and his residency at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Dr. Brian completed a combined fellowship in hand surgery at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and The Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. The American Board of Orthopedic Surgery has awarded Dr. Brian the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand (CAQSH).
Edmund B. Rowland, MD is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery from the American Board of Surgery. A specialist in fracture care and hand surgery, Dr. Rowland received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his medical degree from Temple University. During his orthopedic residency at Temple University, Dr. Rowland became interested in the management of complex fractures seen in trauma patients. To further his expertise in managing these complex fractures, Dr. Rowland completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky, a world renowned center for the treatment of the severely injured upper extremity.
