Injury Express is Moving to Same Day Next Day Appointments

At Panorama, our foremost commitment is delivering accessible, high-quality orthopedic care to our communities. In response to the needs voiced by our patients, we have decided to increase our attention and resources to providing same-day and next-day appointments across all of our clinic locations. In order to achieve this, we will be closing our after hours Injury Express clinic.
Please note that this change will also mean a shift in our operating hours. Starting November 18th, our practice will no longer be open during evening hours and weekends. Appointments will be scheduled between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
This transition will allow us to streamline our operations and enhance the overall patient experience. By focusing our efforts on scheduled appointments, we aim to provide more convenient and personalized care tailored to your specific health concerns. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals remains committed to delivering exceptional medical services and ensuring that you receive the attention and support you deserve.

Rapid Access is dedicated to patients who have an acute injury, (an injury less than 7-10 days old) and who have not already visited an urgent care or emergency room. For some conditions (such as a concussion, head injury, or spine injury), our team may recommend that you go the emergency room. Patients with an existing appointment may also use Rapid Access if they have a significant change in their condition or urgent issue that cannot wait until their scheduled appointment. When booking your appointment, please confirm with our scheduling team that your insurance does not require a referral from your primary care provider before being seen.
