Eliza Slayman, FNP
Eliza Slayman grew up in the woods of Rochester, Minnesota and moved to Colorado in 2005.
She obtained a degree in Anthropology from University of Colorado Boulder, and later obtained her nursing degree at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. After specializing in ICU and Perioperative nursing, she returned to school to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado to become a Family Nurse Practitioner so that she can partner with patients in their journey to achieve optimal wellness and function. As an FNP, Eliza values the opportunity to provide compassionate, collaborative, patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Eliza finds greatest joy adventuring outside with her husband and two young boys; skiing, hiking, growing food, camping, building forts, exploring foreign locales… and then coming home to cook and eat together.
