I am a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver area. I attended CU Boulder where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Shortly after graduating, I decided to pursue a career in medicine. The PA profession was fairly new at the time, and I remember hearing about it and thinking that it was definitely for me. I loved the team oriented mindset that the profession was based on.

I gained patient care experience at Craig Hospital, working as a rehabilitation tech on the spinal cord injury floor. Simultaneously, I attended CU Denver to obtain the necessary prerequisites for PA school.

I attended Red Rocks Community College, and obtained my PA certification while also graduating with a Masters Degree in Medical Science from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania.

My first job in 2003 was with a Spine Surgery practice in Thornton. After a couple of years, I decided to move towards more of a general orthopedics practice and that’s when I discovered Panorama Orthopedics. I have been with the group for almost 12 years and love it. I have specialized in foot and ankle/trauma surgery, sports medicine and total joint replacements.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband, two teenage kids, my horse and 3 dogs! I also love enjoying all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
