With a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with an emphasis in coaching, I bring three years of experience providing strength and conditioning services to high school and college athletes, as well as the general population and youth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailoring science-driven training programs to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. My commitment is to help you improve movement quality, build strength, enhance performance, and remain injury-free.
With a deep understanding of exercise science, I guide my clients toward achieving their fitness goals—whether that’s increasing strength, power, speed, or overall performance. My goal is to bridge the gap between physical therapy and living a strong, confident life, empowering you to feel more confident both in and outside the gym.
Outside of strength training, I have a passion for sports and staying active. I’m currently planning my wedding with my fiancé who is often my partner or opponent in every game we play! I am also studying for my CSCS and pursuing my master’s degree in Integrative Wellness, continually working to deepen my knowledge and further my ability to help others live healthier, happier lives!
