I graduated from University of Colorado – Colorado Springs with my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2022 and graduated from College of Saint Mary with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2025. I love to read, hike, sleep, workout, and am on the lookout for new adventures and new hobbies. I have a deep passion for all things Lord of the Rings and Disney. My approach to physical therapy treatment is whole picture inclusivity, considering the psychological and economical effects on people with pain. I especially like to work with the older population to maintain independence, promoting movement and strengthening. I strive to provide a personalized approach to physical therapy and tailor my treatments to each individual, challenging them with functional weight loading progressions to achieve goals and improve quality of life.
