Meet Aaron Casp, M.D.

Dr. Aaron Casp is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, specializing in sports medicine and advanced hip preservation. He provides both non-operative and operative care for shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, with expertise in ligament repairs, shoulder replacements, ACL reconstructions, hip arthroscopy, labral repairs, and advanced hip preservation techniques, such as periacetabular osteotomies.

Dr. Casp is passionate about helping active individuals of all ages return to the activities they love, whether they’re elite athletes or grandparents. His focus is on restoring function, relieving pain, and promoting long-term mobility through personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s lifestyle. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, he listens to patients’ needs and provides innovative solutions, ensuring that they are empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Casp is a dedicated husband and father of two young children. He enjoys skiing, woodworking, exercising, and spending time outdoors with his family. A former collegiate wrestler, he brings the same discipline, focus, and determination to his medical practice that he did to the mat.
