Meet Eliza Pelrine, MD

Dr. Eliza Pelrine is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon whose practice spans a wide range of conditions, from fractures and nerve injuries to joint reconstruction. She is known for endoscopic carpal tunnel release, nerve reconstruction, and the treatment of hand, wrist & elbow fractures.

Dr. Pelrine believes the best outcomes come from a true partnership between surgeon and patient. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each patient, walks them through their options, and builds a personalized treatment plan around their goals – recognizing that not every problem follows the textbook. She was drawn to hand surgery for its variety, from fixing broken bones to performing nerve reconstruction and joint replacement, and for the personal, rewarding connections she builds with patients as she helps them regain function.

Dr. Pelrine chose Panorama Orthopedics for its strong reputation for excellent orthopedic care across the Front Range, its outstanding surgical partners, and its location right in the foothills. She looks forward to helping the welcoming, active community of the Front Range get back to doing the things they love.

Dr. Pelrine grew up on Lake Michigan in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. Outside the clinic, she is an avid rock climber who spends much of her free time exploring Colorado’s climbing routes. She also enjoys hiking, reading science fiction, mountain biking, and is currently working on becoming a skier.
