Jess was born in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Colorado with her family in 1999. She graduated from Gonzaga University with her BS in Exercise Science while also playing D1 soccer as a goalkeeper. To return to her southern roots, Jess attended Duke University where she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
While in high school, Jess had a shoulder injury that inspired her to go on to become a physical therapist. She is a lower extremity specialist; primarily treating patients with foot, ankle, knee, and hip pathologies. Over the years, she has developed a passion for working alongside the Panorama physicians to assist patients with complex diagnoses while still working in the sports medicine world with athletes of all ages. She greatly enjoys being a resource for her patients, staff, and anybody interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy.
Jess loves the outdoors and in her spare time she enjoys training her horses, hiking, camping, and going on adventures with her husband and dogs. She is an avid football fan and regularly sports cowboy boots with her Atlanta Falcons jersey on casual Fridays.
