In many visits I’ve never had anything but a great experience at Panorama. This time was no different. Kendall Robinson was very professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me. Her suggestions are already helping me.

He took me out of a cast that I had been in only four days and put a boot on. I ended up doing more damage and having more falls with the boot on. It was extremely painful because it was so loose and the cast was very firm. Because of that I ended up after five days being admitted to Rose Medical for a week and now I’m in rehab for two weeks or longer. I asked him why I was in so much pain and he said I shouldn’t be. This has proven to be contrary to what every other doctor orthopedist has said to me. I was very nervous and resistant and untrusting to meet with Kendall because she’s associated with Dr. Deol. Ironically she was outstanding so please note my five stars are for Kindle not Dr. Deol. I wouldn’t give him any stars. Kendall recast it which has given me a lot of pain relief. I asked her why I was in so much pain and she explained it. She ordered an MRI and it’s getting the CAT scan from Rose medical which Dr. Deol did not have. She was awesome with me. I was extremely difficult and she was incredibly patient and listened to me. She did some more x-rays and actually showed them to me and explained all about my foot and what was broken and the condition of it as a whole. She listened to me, which was very important and she worked with me and it was a very important game changer. She was very gentle, talked to me, listened to me, and listened about the pain. She spent more than four minutes like the other doctor with me, and I cannot say enough good things about her.I would go back and I trust her. So I give her and only her five stars. Read more

PA Kendall was as close to a CSI "how this whole issue came to be" diagnosis of cause and effect as any non-AI human could ever be. She is smart, direct, empathetic and an all round rock star. Not possible to get better care than what Ms. Robinson delivers. Then Connor, in orthopedic patches, pads and supports offers was equally bright, kind, patient and an all around top notch coach to finish the visit. What a gem to have here in Golden Town. Cannot recommend them enough from my observations in my first experience. Read more
