Dr. Steven Siano is an interventional physiatrist specializing in pain management. He focuses on ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided injections, including epidural steroid injections and treatments for facet joint arthritis.

His goal is simple: help patients get back to the activities that mean the most to them. He believes functional status is paramount to living and enjoying life. That’s why he takes a multifaceted approach, combining pharmacologic and interventional options with activity modification and targeted exercise programs. He especially values longitudinal, multidisciplinary care, as it allows him to see patients progress toward their goals over time.

Dr. Siano loves practicing in Colorado for its active, motivated patient population. He hopes to help patients return to the activities they love, like hiking and skiing. Outside the clinic, Dr. Siano enjoys HIIT workouts, traveling, cooking, listening to music of all varieties, and spending time with family and friends.
